WHORWOOD Monument

Designed to commemorate the lives of a mutually devoted couple, the soaring and plunging curvilinear shape is symbolic of the mountains and alpine slopes of their “over half century” romance with skiing. Etchings combine photos of the couple, the Swiss “Matterhorn” and the vast alpine regions of our North American mountains. The tribute also includes a record of recent genealogy and their places of birth.
