Jeff and Di Moody were very young when they met and fell in love.  Her world was shaken when a car accident tore him from her.  She wanted a memorial that showed that their lives though broken by death was still connected in spirit.  "LOML" was the way they signaled each other through correspondence such as email, notes and letters.  It means "Love Of My Life".  The sunrise medallion is symbolic of the day they will meet again.
