Grand Prize Winner Designer: John-Michael Weber, AICA The Firefighter Memorial is in memory of ten fallen firefighters who died in the line of duty. Their ten helmets are also bronzed and mounted. The sculpture done by Tim Schmalz depicts firefighters and Kitchener stations and the back is an aerial shot of the city. This new park is now a common gathering area. |
